Time to shed some extra weight

I will not deny it, i have gained some weight within the years ive been in college. Ive noticed it during time however, i did not do much to keep the weight off. I believe its because i stopped playing in basketball, and marching band (i dont do these things in college). Plus being a food science major…the classes i take are EXTREMELY stressful.

Yes, just like most people, i too eat when im stressed. It sucks even more when i know how to cook…really…good food.

Now, i am not clinically obese, but i am in fact over weight. I have some “chub chub” that is literally weighing me down.

So what am i gunna do?

a no carb diet? vegan? vegetarian? what what what? what am i gunna do?

Basically i am going to do this, add more fruits and vegies into my diet. And i will work out daily. As in for meat, i will only eat it in moderation which is about the size of a deck of cards. I will strain away from processed foods, and foods with additives. Thats it.

I will not exactly call it a “diet”, i am technically “adding” to my diet. Adding more vitamins and minerals.

Because losing weight is not about eating less, its more about sustaining a healthier lifestyle, which in turns leads to a healthy body. A healthy body, leads to weight lose.

well, here i go! Bon Appetite
